Sabrina Victoria on Almost Quitting and Building Her Nation Global
At the Elevate Conference, Sabrina Victoria shared a story that did not start with strategy or a five-year plan. It started with a moment she almost walked away. When asked what she would tell her younger self, Sabrina did not hesitate: keep going. There were stretches where quitting felt like the easier option, and she is grateful that the version of herself back then did not take it. That persistence is the whole reason Her Nation Global exists today, and the reason she was standing on that stage telling the story.
AI employees behind the scenes
The business itself has not stood still either. Sabrina now runs AI employees behind the scenes, relies on both ChatGPT and Claude to keep things moving, and even brings AI into her Zoom calls with her community. For a founder who started with grit more than gadgets, that shift says a lot about how fast she is willing to learn.
Her first taste of vibe coding
The day before the conference, she discovered vibe coding for the first time, and she could not stop talking about it. Now she is excited to build an app for her community, a direct result of staying curious enough to try something brand new in public.
Her story is a reminder that audacity is not about having it all figured out. It is about staying in motion even when quitting would be simpler.
In practice
- Persistence through the hard stretches is what makes the business exist
- AI can run real work behind the scenes, not just answer questions
- Stay curious enough to try new tools in public
