Seed: Nobody can find you yet. Here is why.
Seed is the earliest stage. It does not mean your business is bad. It means clients looking for exactly what you sell will not find you online yet.

Three signs you are a Seed
A search for your business name turns up nothing useful, or you have never checked.
You have no site, or the one you have is a link page or a single social profile.
When people find you, it is almost always word of mouth, never a cold search.
The usual thorn, and the fix
The thorn at Seed is almost always Source: nowhere for a buyer to land, and nothing telling search engines or AI assistants what you do or where.
The fix is not a full rebuild. It is one page, on your own domain, written for the exact thing you sell in the exact place you sell it, plus a completed Google Business Profile.
A client example

In practice
- Claim and complete your Google Business Profile this week.
- Put up one real page on your own domain before anything else.
- Take the Findability Score so you know exactly which thorn to pull first.
